Panic Attacks - Panic Disorders
A person who suffers brief attacks of excessive fear causing trembling, shaking, confusion, nausea and difficulty in breathing that arises abruptly and peaks in a few minutes or less is called to be afflicted by this disorder.
Many people who have panic attacks think they are having a heart attack instead.
During the panic attack, the physical and emotional symptoms increase quickly and these people think there is something wrong with their body and think they suffer a life threatening heart illness. They begin to worry intensely for future attacks. The bad thing is Panic attacks can happen anytime without warning.
Panic disorder develops during teenage time more common in women than men.
Mostly they didn’t tell their disorder to their families but suffer panic disorder in silence.
Therapy and zanax medication can help.
